Donation of Airmiles..........

Hi guys, So I was Just wondering I would really LOVE to take a trip to Athens Greece to see my family as I have not seen any of them since I was 6 years old and A cousin is getting married
Anyways Of course everyone knows a trip to Athens Greece is not cheap so I checked into getting a ticket trough airmiles. Now my question is CAN Family and Friends Donate there airmiles and Transfer them to my airmiles account?? Does anyone know??.... If so that would be awesome and Help me out a bit!! Then I could get my round trip for just gas n tax! All i need is 8,050 airmiles that's not much to get on my own
or is it haha. I wish my self luck!
