Greetings, everyone.  
 
Since eBrandoners seem to know everything, I have an inquiry.  
 
From July 8-12, I will be in the Minnedosa area (Shoal Lake, Minnedosa) updating some computer equipment within the company I work for and will need some form of accomodations in the area.  
 
I'm always a little hesitant of anything that has 'Motor Lodge' in the name, as I've stayed in a few seedy hotels that have made me think otherwise!  
 
My only options are:  
 
- Stay in Minnedosa (I attempted to book at Bay Hill in Neepawa, it's full)  
 
- Stay in Brandon, make the hour long commute to Shoal Lake 2 days in a row, and the 30 minute commute to Minnedosa two days in a row. No big deal, but may make for some 14-16 hour work days with the drive time tacked on.  
 
My question to you is... have you recently stayed in any of the hotels/motels/bed and breakfasts in the Minnedosa area? Anything you would strongly recommend, or warn me against?
