We are going to Disney soon and I'd like to hear tips from people who've been there.  
 
for instance:  
 
do you need to take your own towels if you go to one of the water parks?  
 
How much does the food plan cost, and is it worth it?  
 
Is it better to buy your tickets in advance, or when you get there?  
 
Can you upgrade tickets to park hopper or water park if you've already bought them?  
 
and just general tips!
