Has anyone used these sites? Are they legit. Do they save you money ? Any positive feedback would be appreciated!!

I'm pretty sure undercovertourist is a legit site, but I have never bought tickets from them so can't speak to that. I'm not familiar with ticketmomma. When we went to Disney last year, I researched lots of ticket options. There were a few that were a bit cheaper, but none offered the security and comfort level buying straight from disney offered. It wasn't worth it to me to save $100 for a family of 6 and then take my chances on whether they were legit tickets or not. If you buy directly from Disney, they will help you if you have a problem with your tickets, or even a lost ticket. If you buy your tickets elsewhere and have a problem, you're on your own. Up to you if you want to take that chance. We had a problem with one of our tickets not scanning properly...2 minutes and they had it fixed up! We've been to Disney, and the other florida theme parks a few times, so if you have any other questions, ask away. Have fun!

I would buy them again from a Disney site. Or CAA in town. It is worth it in the long run. This maybe a once in a lifetime trip. Sometimes piece of mind is priceless. You get what you paid for!!!!

Just got back from Disney Orlando last week. We purchased our tickets for Disney and Universal studios from ticketmomma at Legacy Vacation resorts when we arrived there. Everything was legit and had no issues. And as for saving money i do believe we did save some, but IMO i would just buy the tickets when you arrive there.

We went to Disney (Orlando, florida) in April of last year. We purchased our park passes, as well as car rental from undercover tourist. Everything came in the mail very quickly, no issues what so ever. Customer service was easy to deal with. We have a family of 5, and in the end, we figured we saved about $300+. Have fun

I've used Undercovertourist multiple times for different tickets. They always seem more reasonable. When comparing prices remember that their tickets INCLUDE taxes fees already, where Disney does not.  
 
Service has been fantastic, come usually in a week. No problems what so ever and highly recommend them.  
 
If you sign up for mousesavers newsletter they always recommend Undercovertourist.

We used undercover tourist and had no problems. If you get your tickets in advance you can book your 3 daily fastpasses ahead so you will have better choices for times/rides, lets you bypass the longer regular line ups. Have fun!  

If you use undercover tourist for anything, you can get a great deal on car rentals as well. I didn't use UT for tickets but I placed an order for a $15 kids' meal card or something just so I could have access to their car rental rates. You need something to 'add' a rental to, so I just used that cheap meal card.  
 
The rental prices were over $300 cheaper for the vechicle we needed (mini van) so the $15 we spent on the meal card was worth it even though we never used it.  
 
We stayed on resort so it was easier to just have all of the tickets and reservations for the parks through the Disney website. I think if you get the tickets elsewhere through UT you can just add them but I didn't want to be bothered. I had of our magic bands customized and fast passes booked a few months in advance. When I booked the rental car I realized I could have saved $100 or so using UT but I really didn't want to mess with it at that point.  
 
With Disney it does make a huge difference if you book your fast passes and meal reservations well ahead of time, especially if you are there during a busy time. I did not go crazy with planning our days but I did make sure we had a fast pass for each of the things the kids would want to do at least once. I am not usually a big planner but doing that well in advance actually allowed us to have a laid-back vacation once we were there.
