best place to get a grad dress

My girlfriend is graduating from Crocus this year and we need to find her a dress. I've never done any dress shopping and neither has she so we have no idea where to go. I need to rent a tux, so if anyone knows of any places that sell nice grad dresses and or rent tux's please let me know!
