Black History Month in Canada:
I'm on my way to Canada, that cold, but happy land:
The dire effects of Slavery, I can no longer stand.

And help me on to Canada, Where coloured folks are free!

February is Black History month in Canada. It is a celebration to acknowledge African Canadian’s historic presence and to recognise their many contributions to Canada and to Canadian Culture.
