Friesen's History Book & MHS' "2009 Make History Workshop" for those interested in writing a history book. I can't find a page for the 2009 version but here's a write up from 2006 in Brandon - most of the info is the same:

If scrapbooking is more your thing, on March 28, 2009 from 10-4 there is a heritage scrapbooking workshop:
