Empire Hotel

I was readng about David Wilson Beaubier today and it says that he owned the Empire Hotel on Rosser Avenue in what I am assuming were the late 1800's or early 1900's. Does anyone have any info on the Empire and where it was located on Rosser Ave. I did find a picture of it and it looks pretty impressive.
