Manitoba Mystery Buildings

I saw this on the MB Historical Society website: help needed identifying some unknown buildings.
There's at least three of them, all identical. They are around Treherne, Wawanesa and Elm Creek aslmsot in a straight line.
Can you shed some light ?!
