This looks interesting to partake in!! I am confused with the agenda on Heritage Brandon though...is it a walking tour, bus tour, self guided tour...or do you choose which kind of tour you would like?!  
 
I understand it would be a bus trip to Shilo. Just wondering if it is better presented on the passports, but in the mean time if someone can better explain, that would be great.

If you're going to go to the museum in Shilo, you just need a piece of photo ID. You will be asked for it, as everyone has to present their ID.

Thanks for your question about this weekend's Doors Open Event - the event features all three kinds of tours, actually!  
 
The 15 locations listed on www.heritagebrandon.ca are all self-guided tour locations, which means you have to walk or drive yourself (including the location at CFB Shilo).  
 
The bus tour is a separate feature of the weekend, driving you past unique locations not on the self-guided tour list, with a few stops where you are able to get out and look.  
 
Lastly, the walking tour is only of the Princess Ave/4th St/Rosser Ave area, as it relates to the historical 1916 Syndicate Block fire.  
 
You can pick up a passport at Brandon City Hall, the Riverbank Discovery Centre, or either of the two Sobeys locations. Hope you are able to take in the Doors Open Brandon weekend!
