Looking for old photographs of Brandon steam engines & possibly persons who may have worked on the old steam engines. Lastone thru Brandon was in 1961. So ther may be some who recall these days & have photos.

You could take a ride and get some black and white pictures of the Prairie Dog Express steam engine.

It seems to me that the last time we checked out the model railroad club display at the General Museum they had all kinds of old photos. IDK maybe that Dave Syndal is associated with them. But lots of local stuff if that's what you're specifically after.  
 
There's also a book in the library (at least there used to be... hope it's still there!) by that Guiness? Mcguiness? he used to be a reporter I think for the Sun. He died a few years ago now. He has a history book in there with tons of photos. It's really neat. It has photos from all sorts of things, but lots of railroad stuff as that figures so prominently in our history. The book I think covers the first 100 years of Brandon, so until the 80's.
