where to get a small amout of straw

I have been trying to buy a small amount of straw....with no success.

I have a 4 ft x 4ft raised garden bed with strawberries, and I need a small amount of straw to put under the plants....I don't need, (or have room to a full bale) thanks

i was able to find big bags of straw for that same purpose at canadian tire. this was a couple weeks ago already but they had them on more than 50% off, i believe i paid about $10 for one.

bale of straw costs about $4-5 right now. I can't believe they charge that much for a bag lol.

Was still $10? Ouch.

I can bring straw for you if I borrow a truck-i don't feel like getting straw all over my car.
What would you need? 1/4 bale? Half a bale? I could perhaps stick some in a plastic bag if it is less than a half bale that you want.
