Any quality butcher shops around to get nice briskets or tri tips or tomahawk steaks? Retail grocery stores don't seem to have these

Tender cuts, prairie rose, henry meats, olde style butcher shop, east 40 packers and I'm sure there are more in neighboring communities. I've personally had the best steaks from Henry Meats 2 miles north of #1 on HWY 270. Just call and place the order for what you want.

I know Tendercuts has brisket, don’t usually see many tomahawk steaks for sale, usually they are cut into boneless ribeye, but asking at one of the butcher shops they likely would cut them for you, same as the tri tips.

Grocery stores have them very rarely
