    I am just curious if the chicken breast and turkey stuff shortage at Safeway is a result of the railroad blockades? I went to Safeway today and they were sorry that they didn't have enough and they weren't wrapped how they are normally wrapped. There were a lot of empty shelves and frozen produce gone. Is this the start of coronavirus lockdown or lack of produce etc. from transport blockades?

    did you try Walmart, Superstore or Sobeys? I always find Safeway meat department to be empty... but then again I only shop on Fridays or Saturdays.

    Frozen produce? I was at Safeway tonight and did not notice a shortage of frozen produce? I rarely buy their chicken any more as since they dropped their previous brands and switched to Compliments chicken, it hasn't been worth buying-so I did not look for chicken.

    I was at Superstore today and they had lots of everything, including chicken.  
     
    Maybe you caught them right before delivery of the refrigerated truck? Not all products are delivered every day.
