Any good food truck recommendations?

My parents have never eaten from a food truck and I would like to take them to one. For so many years food trucks we’re not even allowed in the city other than the chip truck. Now apparently we have several. What do you recommend? Mom and dad of course are old fashion meat and potato eaters but are not afraid to try new things.

Willeys grub hub is parked at the Just4kidz parking lot (near Wendys) till 7 pm tonight, and tomorrow 12-6pm. Soooo good! Lots of variety as well.

Mexican King in Canadian tire parking lot is awesome! The fluitas (if I spelt that correct?!) are amazing!
