Where can I purchase flats only wingettes chicken wings in bulk? Most stores sell them as splits which I don’t care for because I don’t like the drums. Superstore used to have a few little packages sometimes of wingettes but it’s hit and miss if and when they have them and I prefer to buy them in bulk . I don’t get to Winnipeg much so I was wondering if Costco would sell flats only in bulk? Some people like the drumettes I personally like the wingettes only.

Yes i love flats.... but the only store that i found this pre covid was superstore. Cant find it anymore.  
 
I know for sure costco doesnt sell either or separately. Wish they did.. not sure if smaller meat shops can do that.

I’m wondering if any of the butcher shops or maybe even M&M store could get flats only? At Superstore they also used to sell flats only pre cooked smokin stampede flavour brand but have not seen those either for a long time.! Oh well I guess its going to be a mission for me to track them down somewhere.

only thing i can think of is going to sobeys south end and asking their butcher department to see if they can do it or not... or asking Co-op butcher department and see if they can do it.

Agree it might be easier to ask a smaller local place that actually has a butcher. After all, they may have customers that prefer drums over flats!  
 
The first place that came to mind is Henry Meats. Extremely personalized service with good old fashioned butcher service. A couple of kms north on #270 off TCH #1. Locally raised quality Manitoba meat, poultry and on another note, lots of British potpies, pasties, sausage recipes, UK goods (condiments, crisps, jams, chocolate, etc.). They have a FB page with an August 2020 price list. Good combo of Manitoba farm raised product but with British goods too. Easy to find and not far.  
You don't need to be on FB - just google Henry Meats. Nice, accommodating folks!

The other option might be Tendercuts.

If nothing else, could you not find someone who prefers the drumettes and just split a few packs with them? It takes a lot of chickens to fill up one of those flats of wings, so unless a butcher can find a buyer for the drumettes they might be hesitant to separate them and sell only a portion.
