I have used it once, mostly because of the $15 discount on first 3 orders. Website worked well. I do not like paying for pickup (I'm a big fan of the walmart grocery pickup)-and payment is required for the times that I am able to schedule a pick up. (I work the wrong hours I guess?) I got everything I ordered plus a couple extras, no idea why?  
 
Service was quick but obviously very new as the clerk was very hesitant, as if she had not had many orders yet.  
 
I picked up my order a week ago and my second $15 discount code was sent just this evening-they control the timing of those 3 discounts.  
 
Expiry dates-I will reserve judgment on that, as I ordered 2 of one product and received 2 items with a very short expiry date. 2nd item is now past its date and I just opened it tonight.  
 
I would not order produce, meat or milk this way.  
 
I just do not see myself using the service very often though I had no real complaint with anything. It just did not seem to be a fit for me.

When I made my order I got charged for 9 paper bags. In actual fact I received 3. I did not see a spot to mark that I would have my own bags but it is possible that I missed it.

I tried , taking advantage of the $15 offer. That day there was an issue with the text or I think she said even the phone number so kinda sat there till someone came out as they had no notification. Took a bit longer based on that but was relatively new so glitches I am sure. I got everything. And yes you can mention if bringing bags. I actually had mine refunded when she saw I had them They will just transfer over. honestly bins would make it much easier for transfer. I like the no fee slots available at certain times.
