Going to buy a bread machine, need help picking out 1. Can you please tell me what brand you use and any problems . Also do you remove the paddle before the bake cycle. Thank you

Black and Decker. No issues ( but they wear out with very heavy and daily use) Set it going and forget it. Do not remove paddle before baking.

Hi, been using them since the 90s. Lately (last 10? years) have been using Hamilton Beach since their small appliances have a 5-year warranty. I've worn out lots (bread pans & machines) since our only source of bread. Have had one wherein you remove the paddle before baking: think it was a Cuisinart. That was a nice feature but, I didn't think, wasn't worth the extra money. Was stainless steel too. Many people buy them & don't continue using so often appear on here. See Can Tire has a B & D on sale now. I'll probably continue buying Ham Beach simply for the longest warranty feature,
