Where in Brandon could I get cookie tubes for homemade cookies something along the line of what Pringle's chips come in .

You can buy mailing tubes at post office at shoppers drugmart or staples . Not sure if that would work for what you have in mind.
Other then that maybe phone Micheals see if they have something you could use for cookie tubes.

I would try Michaels or wal mart, stokes, bulk barn. I think I saw them there
