Arby's "re-opening soon"

This was mentioned in another thread, but has the potential for a life of it's own...
I see that there's a new sign in front of the 18th street Arby's location that states they will be re-opening soon. On that sign there's an Edmonton phone number to call for partnership opportunities.
Very interesting to see if they plan on doing anything differently, or if the intention is to open up essentially the same restaurant as before...
