Starting a 50s Diner

Hey, I was thinking of starting a 50s Diner in Boissevain, or just north of Boissevain. I have a few things to ask.
1. If I do start this diner, would anyone be interested? Would I have customers?
2. Does anyone know of any investors, or people that would like to invest in a 50s diner?
3. And does anyone know of any place that sells 50s stuff, such as stools, signs, benches, tables, or anything else?
4. What are your thoughts on starting a 50s diner? Pros, cons? Thanks!
