When does the Annual sale hosted by ?Deerboine? Colony take place?

I am talking about the sale that takes place near Alexander area.
I just thought of it tonight and I missed it last year. I have a feeling I missed it this year. They sell amazing baked goods and fresh produce etc....
If I missed it, any information on other upcoming events of a similar nature? Thanks!
