When does the Annual sale hosted by ? Deerboine ? Colony take place?

I am wondering about the sale that takes place near Alexander area
I just thought of it tonight and I missed it last year. I have a feeling I missed it again. They sell amazing baked goods (caramel twist bread) and fresh produce etc....
If I missed it, any information on other upcoming events of a similar nature? Thanks!
