I also am extremely disappointed that Tim's chose to discontinue my fave hot beverage so I emailed them. Here's their reply...
"I would like to thank you for writing to us to express your concerns regarding the discontinuation of our English Toffee beverage. I am sorry if we have disappointed you.
The decision to discontinue items is based on a number of factors as we are always looking to make improvements to our menu. Discontinuing a product allows us to make room on our menu for new offerings and promotions.
Thank you for your valuable feedback and, once again, for taking the time to contact us.
