    Hi,  
    Do you know where to get living yeast to bake bread? I've been to many places in Brandon and Winnipeg but I can't find it anywhere. Not even online too. I can't imagine that everybody, including bakeries, all use the dried yeast. Any tips are more than welcome.

    I do not know your reasons, but I''ve looked into this when I started making bread.
