I want to share my experience with this Pizza place. Until today I wasn't even aware of it's existence. My kid convinced me to go there, so I went. Besides the fact that I had the best Pizza I ever had.  
While I was waiting for my order, I started a conversation with the guys that are running that place. I was fascinated by their passion for what they do. They were busy, but took the time and explained to me how the oven works, how they measure the temperature, and even how they buy the firewood . Being there, was so different from any other place.  
Thank you guys for excellent food and exceptional service.

When they aren't busy they have no problem coming and checking in at the tables and asking if we needed anything. The prices are good and the pizza is yummy

No, it's located in Brandon on Victoria Ave. near the Petro on 26th St. Been around for at least 9 months or so now.  
 
I agree with the OP, the food and service there is fantastic! Prices are decent too. I highly recommend it, and it's great to support a local business.

Absolutely delicious pizza, real and high quality ingredients. Such a change from most pizza in Brandon, love it!!

Liked it there minus the sauce, I think maybe it's nutmeg? Or something like that in the sauce.

The guy was there and introduced himself. But I didn't keep the name.  
But it seems he knows what he is doing.  
I found it interesting that in a relatively small place like Brandon, where we have already so many pizza places you would think there is no way one more will function. But I think the service and the somewhat unique idea will help those guys to succeed.  
I will spread the word for that little local business!!!

I believe it's Jamie Munro, who has a lot of past restaurant experience here in Brandon including running the Dock for several years.
