I see some of the same infractions that I saw last year for the same establishment.

Establishment Closures & Establishment Convictions.

Only 4 in brandon one is a said slap of remember to keep paper towels available. The 2 for temperature ones is scary and sad. And the last one is a general cleanliness issue which makes sense. But looking at the number of issues in a place like Neepawa with an even smaller population is interesting.

I went through the list a few times and only see 1 resturant with two infractions so I am not sure what you mean by the number of issues in a small comunity?

That an infraction like having no paper towels carries a far higher fine than safe temperatures and cleanliness of an establishment.

Seems a bit off to me.
