Looking for some birch bark

Hi im a local privet chef im doing a dinner party and require birch bark as an ingredient im having a bit of trouble finding any on friends and families land and was hoping someone would be able to help me with this problem

How much and which part of the bark do you need? We have some in our back yard. Can help if it's just the white paper portion, but don't want to go down too many layers and expose the meat of the tree.

I just wanted to thank every one for the responses and to answer one person's question it is to be eaten in a espoma of birch bark and juniper if anyone is interested you can see some of our work on facebook and instagran @ Prairieeats
