So funny, but I make a dressing called 'Grandma B's' Salad Dressing' for
potato salad that is a-mazing!!
1c. sugar
1T. flour
1t. dry mustard
pepper and salt as liked
3 beaten eggs
3/4c. vinegar
3/4c. water
Whisk all, then cook on medium heat until thick! Stir regularly. Also great in egg salad or toss salad for those who don't like mayo!
This is tangy and fresh and light!
Will keep in fridge for a couple of weeks in a tightly sealed Tupperware or sealer jar!
*Another option is using coleslaw dressing, which also has more tang and is less heavy than mayo!
