I'm roughly 1/4 Ukrainian.
For the no name perogies, eaten plain they're only about a 4 but using the recipe that I posted earlier makes them an 8. My mom buys expensive ones from Sevlana's in Winnipeg, and they're only about an 8 when she does them her way.
Remember, this is a thread about pre-made ones. Nothing beats home made, but who has that kind of time? I've done it but I hate doing it.
