Ice Fishing near Portage La Prarie??

Hi guys/gals, im planning on heading to Portage this weekend for a family thing but was planning on taking some people out ice fishing if there is some decent spots to fish near the city of Portage? Can anyone help with some info and hot spots near there to try?
