Bobby Curtola had great plans for a North Hill project. I haven't checked lately, but the iron behemoth of a half-finished steel and iron structure stood for many years on #1 highway between 1st and 18th, unfinished. A big skeletal structure that looked sad and forlorn. Money and investment ran out of funds. Met old Bobby a time or 2.
