motorcycle seat upholsterer

A few years ago a fella in Brandon worked on a motorcycle seat for a school bike project. I've since lost the contact information, but he did a fabulous job. He worked out of a shop by his house - somewhere around 12th or 13th street, off of Victoria, I think? Can anyone jog my memory?
