Leon?s Furniture is a strong, Canadian-owned company that has been operating since 1909. The Leon?s Brandon location is an independent franchise within the Leon?s family and has been operating locally since 1995!
What You?ll Do
- Assist customers in selecting furniture, appliances, mattresses, d?cor, and home accessories
- Build strong customer relationships through exceptional service
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals
- Maintain showroom appearance and product presentation
- Stay informed about current promotions and product knowledge
What We?re Looking For
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Ability to work evenings and weekends as scheduled
- Comfortable working in a commission/incentive-based environment
