Fieldstone Dental Ltd of 1202 Princess Avenue in Brandon, MB is looking for a new on-site receptionist
to join our team as one team member has chosen to move on to other things. We're a small,
busy, tight-knit Family Dental Clinic. We believe in providing high quality, low pressure patient
care in our renovated sunlit clinic and that Good Smiles come from Good Habits and that
both will help our patients lead a Good Life.
We're looking for a good, friendly, organized, detail-oriented individual with strong people skills who
wants to learn and pay attention to detail while handling a fast pace and multiple daily tasks
among interruptions at our front desk with possible cross-training into other areas of the clinic.
We are willing to train good candidates in dental as needed.

Job Details:
-In-person position. 8.5hr shift with 1/2hr unpaid lunch. 3 to 5 days per week. M-F.
-Applicants should be available as early as 7:30AM.
-In-clinic dental benefits, uniform allowance, health spending account and GRSP post probation.
-two weeks starting holidays. Summer hours perk post-probation.
-3-6 month probation
-Wage range: $22-23/hr. Negotiable for candidates with relevant experience
Relevant Skills:
-greet arriving patients warmly and check them in
-answer phones/email/text messages to answer enquiries and schedule in patients
-prepare and present estimates and bill patients and insurance companies
-handle accounts receivable, collections, and insurance administration
-have a good comfort level with computers and handling money
-observe healthcare confidentiality laws
-help keep our office clean and tidy
-previous medical/dental experience and ability to translate a 2nd language are assets
