This trailer has sat in a seasonal lot most of it's life and is in excellent condition. Everything works and has been well maintained. Roof is in excellent conditions as well as the decals, vet clean. Ready to hook on and go. Electric awning, new aluminum hide away steps, real cold fridge stove and oven both work very well. Tires are in new condition. Unload weight with 10,560lbs.
This has a rear kitchen and opposing couches in the living are works excellent for visiting or lounging and watching a movie. The one couch has an air mattress hide a bed for extra sleepers.
