5th wheel Thor Signature for sale
We have trailer for sale with or without 2026 lease on lot. You can buy trailer only or buy trailer with leased on camping ground till end of August. The owner of camping ground has give us permission to do that. You just need to sign paperwork if you decide to purchase trailer and stay on site. The seasonal camp site is located at Ninette Pelican to Shore close to Killarney.
Trailer is 2002 Thor Signature brand 5th wheel has one bedroom. High ceiling. 3 slide. One slide close to power outlet is not working and has to be manually slide. Price will be reflected on repair on one slide. The bedroom and dining slide work fine. AC and furnace work great. Toilet is porcelain not plastic. Has six chair dining table and two recliner chairs. Has water cooler. Also has shed on lot that is included if you want it. Price sale is trailer and lot yearly lease. Lot lease is already paid till end of August. Any reasonable offer is welcome. Cash sale preferably. More pictures will be send upon request.
