I am looking for short- term renters.
Short-term means a school semester or a rental for one to three months due to work.
This covers a private bedroom, internet, hydro, water, and shared open space, plus use of pots and pans, dishes, and laundry machines.
Basement Bedroom/Private Bathroom (Available March 1 st, 2026)
The room is located in the basement and costs $850.00 per month, with a maximum stay of up to 3 months. It features a queen-sized bed, a desk and chair suitable for studying or work, and a private bathroom. The bathroom is currently being upgraded with a new toilet, stand-up shower, and flooring. We hope it will be ready by December 1st; if not, it will be completed within the first two weeks of December. If it's not ready by the move-in date, you may use the upstairs bathroom.
The tenant of this unit has access to the living room, dining room, kitchen, basement area, and internet. If you have a car, a parking space is available. Laundry machines are also accessible.
Acceptance depends on reference checks plus either attending school with income or having a job.
Please specify your intended length of stay, your check-in date, and which room you prefer.
The location is close to the University of Brandon and Assiniboine Community College North campus. There are coffee shops nearby, along with Sobeys and an Indian restaurant across the street. Several churches are within walking distance.
A dog is on the property. He is very friendly but needs to get to know you first.
Since this is not a long-term rental, if you plan to attend another semester of school, the rental agreement must be renewed if both parties agree. Plan to renew the agreement in advance, or the room may be offered to someone else.
