ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Hamilton Iron Ltd. is locally owned. We are a COR certified company who holds high standards for all that we do. We are currently accepting resumes for a part time Administrative Assistant.
RESPONSIBILITES:
- Greet and assist customers & associates, in person, by phone, or by email
- Maintain flow of information
- Update forms and project administration information
- Basic data entry
- Various administrative and office clerical tasks
REQUIREMENTS:
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Working knowledge with QuickBooks
- Able to multitask with good time management
- Organized and able to work independently
