Assistant Property Manager
We are seeking an Assistant Property Manager to support the Property Manager's day-to-day operations of our rental properties in Brandon.
While prior experience in property management is an asset, it is not required, as we provide comprehensive training for the right candidate.
Job Requirements

? Highly organized, with excellent attention to detail.
? Demonstrated trustworthiness, reliability, and integrity.
? Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Ability to adapt quickly and manage time effectively.
? Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
? Ability to remain calm and perform well under pressure.
? Valid Class 5 driver?s license and access to a reliable vehicle.
? Availability to be on-call for emergency situations.
? Willingness to work a semi-flexible schedule
? Previous property management experience is an asset but not required.
