About the Role
Mindful Milestones Psychotherapy is a trauma-informed clinic serving individuals, children, youth, couples, and families across Brandon and the Westman region. We are growing and we are looking for a warm, organized, and dependable Administrative Assistant to join our team starting August 1st. In this role you are often the first point of contact for clients who are reaching out for support. That first impression matters enormously, and we take it seriously.
What You Will Be Doing
? Welcoming clients by phone and in person with professionalism and care
? Scheduling and managing appointments and the clinic calendar
? Handling intake paperwork and client files with strict confidentiality
? Managing our electronic medical record system, Owl Practice, training provided
? Answering phones and responding to emails in a timely and professional manner
? Supporting billing, invoicing, and insurance paperwork
? Keeping the clinic space organized, welcoming, and running smoothly day to day
What We Are Looking For
? Previous experience in an administrative role preferred
? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
? Understanding of confidentiality and its importance in a clinical setting
? A calm, professional, and approachable presence
? Discretion and sound judgment when handling sensitive information
? Experience in a healthcare or mental health environment, an asset, not required
Compensation and Details
? $23.50 per hour
? Part-time, approximately 25?30 hours per week
? Start date: August 1, 2026
