PLUMBER/HANDYMAN JOB VACANCY
JOB DEscriptION:
- Plumber/handyman to join the team to maintain the property at 9 apartment complexes(300+ apartments) and several commercial properties
- Ability to be able to work alone and with others
- Ability to prioritize the order that work needs to be done in
- Ability to recognize maintenance work that needs to be done without having to be told what to do
- Full time Monday-Friday 8hr shifts starting at 8am
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a valid drivers license and your own vehicle(compensation given)
- Must be proficient with all plumbing issues
- Must be able to operate a variety of drain cleaning machines to unclog drains and toilets
- Must be able to trouble shoot and repair any plumbing issues
- Must be able to complete other handyman tasks such as but not limited to drywalling, painting, wall repairs, cupboard repairs, trim work, carpentry skills, installing light fixtures, rangehoods and A/C?s, knowledge and ability to install flooring would be an asset
- Must be available to cover call occasionally during illness and holidays of our regular on-call worker
WAGES:
- Determined by amount of knowledge and experience
REFERENCES:
- Require at least 2 references that are from this line of work
- We will not look at any applicants that do not have a good plumbing/handyman background
