Where is the best place to buy a laptop in Brandon?

i bought a nice little Dell Latitude E6430, Intel i5-3320M 2.6GHz, 8GB RAM, 500GB HDD, Windows 10 PRO 64-Bit MAR, Web Camera paid 275,works great, lots of memory,with warranty etc..fast little machine for what i use it for. Now mind you it was used and refurbished but I've been shopping Amazon for so long I really have no problem with them. I wasn't prepared to pay the brand new price tag as I don't need a machine for gaming. Shop around, don't necessarily purchase local...though they say local is better...most of those business's aren't around long enough or they have a way of skirting issues with their products they sell..

I bought a brand new Dell laptop that has just came off warranty, thankfully. Biggest piece of junk I’ve ever purchased. Told the gentleman at MyItSource we are going to be best friends because I bought a Dell laptop and will be seeing him weekly. Return the Dell crap if you can, you’ll be thanking me.

My Dell Latitude has been crap right from day 1 too. I will be replacing it ASAP-habe fought with it long enough! Will not be buying another Dell!

Toshiba makes a crappy laptop too. Hard drive crashed and burned taking irreplaceable pictures and videos with it. So don’t buy Toshiba either

Bought it at xmas from Staples. Rated well and great so far. Staples had the best price with a sale...sometimes online coupons and airmiles if you collect.

I've had two Toshiba's and both were great and still running. I'm not a gamer, but they got used daily for work and never let me down - unlike my no-name desktop. I bought the first one at Wal-mart and can't recall where I got the second one. But I highly recommend Toshiba brand.

I have an Hp and before that a Compaq. Compaq lasted about 5-7 years and the HP ever since. That has been running for years now. When I shop I try to buy the fastest processor and most memory I can. Sure you may not be gaming but programs now are getting more and more of a resource hog. I don't need them to set things up or do anything for installs. I go in and buy a laptop I have already looked into. When it comes home I am usually busy in uninstalling all the junk they put into it. Ideally I try to do a clean install so I don't have all the junk from the start.

don't blame the the technology..I've purchased TVs, dvd players, monitors, keyboards, of course cells all makes and models..most times it's the people who think they know how to use properly, and the settings are not right. They neglect updates, or download the wrong thing from the wrong sites. I won't use Microsoft's Edge, or even IE..Im strictly Firefox. And I definitely had major issues with Google Chrome..but to each his own. Or it may have gotten damaged in shipping across the world..Don't forget this stuff does come from China. I've owned 5 Dells (3 desktops , 2 laptops) and 1 Toshiba laptop over the span of 15 years or more. None has given me cause not to buy again..That's why they invented warranties.

Yes for the most part he is right..there is so much stuff installed taking up resources when you purchase new (and used) once you have your machine how you like or need it to work for you ..life is good.  
Don't expect to just open the top plug it in and its ready to use. It may take a few hours for updates, and installing your software you want.
