Is anyone else who's using Xplornet as their ISP having issues streaming Netflix since yesterday evening?
When I try to stream videos, the content is coming from
https://ipv4-c002-yyc001-xplornet-isp.1.oca.nflxvideo.net (69.168.185.28)
That IP looks to be an Xplornet IP, so I suspect Xplornet hosts a Netflix server internally (one through Netflix's Open Connect program)
If I turn on a VPN, Netflix directs me to a different server and works.
