This ticket I" m suppose to be able to submit code on my desk top computer , I enter code push submit and ticket stalls out end of process . Now I'm not to swift with computers might I have something on that's stopping process ? I contacted luckygems,wclc,com fine on their end so it's probably me . I do not have the phone to scan barcode Any info would be great

I entered that code and it worked. Didn’t play the game. Try again.

I have tried other tickets same thing goes so far loading up then stalls out I keep thinking I must have something locked . or download something . I'm not to swift with computers.

Sorry. I don’t know either then. Maybe see if you can use someone else’s computer or tablet. I tried on an iPad.

things to try.  
Clear your browser history/cache, then try again.  
Download, Barcode Manager for Windows (presuming that is your system) and use it to scan the barcode with your camera. If no camera maybe you could use your scanner to capture the barcode for the reader utilise.  
Try using a different web browser to the one that hangs.  
Last thought, maybe go back to the place it was purchased and ask them to check or even ask a friend to use their 'phone.
