    I am not sure if the problem is with my remote or if Mts. I have the screen that says press ok to watch tv but nothing happens when I press ok. It looks like the batteries are still ok as remote buttons light up. Just wondering if anyone else is having problems.

    on the top left hand of your remote you should have 3 small buttons, try pressing the one marked stb (?). Hope that helps.

    Happened to me before

    In my case I just unplugged it from the wall and plugged it back in. Then it was all good

    I did shut it off and turned it back on and now it works. Thanks for the replies.
