im thinking about signing up with bell Canada for a cell phone. just looking for some feed back on cell coverage and signal if any one could help that would be great.

I am with Bel for nearly two years, no problem!

Been with bell for 4 years and i have no complaints i love bell

i have had a cell from Bell for almost 2 years now (contract up soon) , ill say as long as your close to the trans canada highway you have full bars. I was told this also when i signed up, i have gone as far north as Neepawa and still had 1 bar of signal. BTW i will be renewing my contract, Bell has been a wonderful company !!

As long as you stay on trans Canada your ok

I've had a bell cell for 3 years now and it has been great. Also I've been as far north as duck mountains with it and I still get service. So that whole "it won't work in the country" doesn't apply anymore.

Bell is probably without a doubt in my mind the best wireless carrier Canada has to offer. The customer service is incredible, the plans and pricing are quite reasonable.  
 
I used a lot of data streaming netflix when i worked in a camp in alberta and they called me saying i was using way to much and gave me an extra 15GB for like $10 then waived charges for current overages and just added the 15GB.  
 
They ended up doing it again and i had a total of 45GB a month for only $20 more than my plan. The customer service was incredible to deal with.  
 
However when i moved back to manitoba... The service in Manitoba is seriously lacking, anywhere off the number 1 highway or outside of brndon portage or winnipeg, it might be a challenge to get a signal.  
 
Yes, they do have random towers throughout the province now but most of the time you are roaming on and MTS/Rogers tower anyway.  
 
I loved Bell but Manitoba isnt Bell friendly, seems every other province but Manitoba has excellent Bell coverage.

A lot of the Bell coverage in Manitoba is off MTS and Rogers towers. Anything in the EXT area is off one of those towers, and will be limited to 256kbps. That's pretty slow.

bell has more towers and faster service than rogers did. I was with rogers for 3 years and whenever I went home would have bad signal...now I get the fast connection. (an hour north of TransCanada) and for the same plan I'm paying 30$ less a month

Not even close. Bell may have a tower closer to your home than Rogers does, but Rogers / MTS have way more towers than Bell / Telus in Manitoba.
