We've moved this last week and I cannot get my laptop to connect to our wifi. The Apple TV found the new Connection with no problems but the older laptop just won't recognize the new modem... I've unplugged the west man modem and rebooted the computer... it still says loca only

Calling the tech line at westman should solve your problem.

Phone Westman. The laptop has to be told the modem ID.

Is it possible you have turned off your wireless switch on your laptop. Just a possibility.
