Westman or MTS TV?

I'm currently with Bell for TV and MTS for internet. My MTS has been great but I want to save some money and perhaps switch to MTS or Westman TV.
I wonder how reliable Westman and MTS TV are? Anyone? Can I record from Westman or MTS cable box? I do stream internet music and videos, so is this going to affect the TV?

I've had MTS cable since April of 2011 and have never had any issues with it, MTS internet is a different story. Prior to having MTS I had Weatman and had nothing but problems with it, but that was over 5 years ago. As for recording, yes you can record, they also have video on demand with movies and some tv shows.

Reliability will really depend on the age and quality of the infrastructure in your area.

Being an MTS subscriber gives me access to watch TSN online, I don't think Westman offers that.
