Does anyone in town do repairs on electronics and music equipment. I talked to somebody at Ted Good Music and was basically told no, but I'm trying here.  
 
I have a microphone preamp (ART Voice Channel) which started acting crazy shortly after I moved to Brandon. As soon as it powers on it has a super loud hissing noise. Sometimes it receives audio and sometimes it doesn't. However when it does received audio, it only does so until I hit any of the switches or turn certain dials on the preamp (Compressor dial and impedance dial). As soon as I do that, it makes a loud crackling noise and then all sound cuts out.  
 
I have tried replacing the tube, I have tried using 3 different power supplies, I have tried running audio through USB or by TRX directly to an interface.  
 
I opened the unit and see capacitor fluid leaked out of a few capacitors.  
 
Wondering if there's a place in town that can repair this and what it would cost.

MM electronics is not in Brandon they are in Winnipeg however I have had very good experiences with them and you can ship your product in and they will ship it back. I have had a blu-ray player fixed which would not read discs as well as a home theatre amplifier which wouldn''t play sound. I don't know if they service the product you are asking about but worth a call to ask.  
 
If you are good with soldering you can also try removing the original capacitors and putting in new capacitors.
